Advanced Body Therapy was established in 2010 with the soul purpose of combining, Massage & Pilates into a well rounded program for the Wellness & Health of my Clients. I am also a Licensed Manicurist.
Owner, Julie Downey is also a Professional Dancer, Choreographer and was Owner/Artistic Director of Central Coast Dance & Performing Arts Studio for 25 years. She is a Cal Poly University Graduate in Recreation Administration and a Certified Pilates and Elvis Instructor and graduate of California Holistic Institute as a Certified Massage Therapist.
